Dr. Caller is very detailed in taking a history and discussing options for treatment. She is someone a new patient will be able to put trust in immediately and will warm upbto her right away. Kellie, the nurse , s sweet and very proficient.
Dr. Caller was fantastic. She explained the procedure and made sure I knew what to expect. She was very kind and professional. Also, I would like to recognize the same professionalism and care from the technician Jerry who did a different procedure before Dr. Caller. The office staff was also very helpful, kind, and thorough. Thank you all for a great experience with a procedure that I was very nervous and anxious about.
Tracie Caller was very professional I really liked her she explained everything she was doing and I like that I would recommend her to everyone I want to thank her for a job well done
Very friendly. Good about describing what they were going to do before they did it. Made sure I was doing ok during the testing. It was nerve conduction and EmG. However, was not asked about history or given definitive diagnosis at the time. Which I can understand. But I feel doctors should always be aware of family history.
