I’ve been coming here for years, and all I gotta say is that if you’re looking for a primary care office that: 1.) Never answers the phone or calls you back 2.) Had weird cryptic hours that are constantly changing but never updated for you to view 3.) Makes you wait 2+ hours past your appointment time to just be brought to the back where you’ll wait another 40* minutes to be seen for maybe 5 (This one is guaranteed) Then this is the place for you!! It is seriously INSANE how things have gotten like this.
Dr. Ivey is hands down one of the best physicians. She never makes you feel rushed and always takes the time to truly listen. I'm hoping she never retires.
I WAS WITH DR IVEY IM GUESSING 8 YEARS ARE BETTER WAS ALWAYS HELPFUL CONCERNED FOR MY HEALTH NO MATTER WHAT 5 STARS TO HER IVE MOVED OUT STATE BUT STILL MISS HER WAS ALWAYS WILLING DO HER BEST FOR ME EVEN IF I WASNT SURE YOU WILL ALWAYS BE ONE THE BEST MEDICAL PEOPLE I KNOW IF YOUR WILLING PUT UP WITH ME HAVE BE LOL BIG THANK YOU 😊 JJ
I know many have bemoaned staff in their reviews. As of July 2022, they have new front staff who are super friendly and helpful. I'm fairly new to this Dr but my wife and I have established care here and have appreciated the care we have received thus far.
