Excellent! Traci was there for us every step of the way. She always had answers for our many questions. We could call her on the weekend and we did! She is Extremely professional yet made me feel comfortable in asking questions that I felt I should have known. Traci is friendly and kind, but not afraid to stand up for our best interest. I would highly recommend that you choose Traci Cypher as your realtor.
Helpful and Knowledgeable . Traci was helpful & knowledgeable right in the beginning. She had a lot of references for us when we needed some things to get the house on the market. She was patient with the time we needed to get the property ready for sale. We would recommend her to any of our family or friends. Thank you Traci!
We thoroughly enjoyed working with Traci Cypher. We were not in the area when we listed our home for sale. She was very accommodating and understood our situation. We were always able to stay in direct contact with her. Tracie marketed our home very well, leaving information regarding special details throughout the property. We would recommend Traci to our family and friends.
Traci helped us find our forever home without even meeting us. She was on vacation on the weekend we had off to come look at properties. She arranged for an excellent colleague to show us homes and we found what we wanted and then she made the purchase happen! She also helped us through the lending process and all the back and forth with the sellers. Highly recommend!
Traci was very professional, honest, easy to communicate with, knowledgeable, and caring throughout the whole process of when I was buying my home; from just looking to the day of closing she took care of me and made the home buying process go smoothly, even as I was over seas. She was unfront, honest, made sure I understood each step along the way, and was actually interested in finding a home that would meet my needs and not just trying to get me to buy a house.
