Ruby did amazing on my sew in with leave out. I love it!!
The Tracouse provided excellent customer service from start to finish. They were on time for my daughter’s appointment, very kind, and professional throughout. The staff had great attitudes, never made us feel rushed, and gave us a welcoming experience. Overall, it was a wonderful visit to a Black-owned salon, and we’ll definitely be back! Go see Mollie for your silky press because BABYY !
I cannot leave a review on booksy for some reason but regardless, I had an impeccable experience at this salon and I'm definitely going to be returning for more styles soon. After a horrible haircut in 2021 I haven't cut my hair or let anybody touch it which lead to horrible split ends. Entering Trachouse I was nervous however I immediately calmed once I saw how friendly Mollie was and how willing she was to answer my question and just talk through the entire process with me! Great staff, Great service, and best of all Great hair! My son has a lot of crazy, thick hair and Mollie is an expert at braiding it DOWN!
