Dr. Trgovac took her time to listen to me. She ask many questions so she could make a correct diagnosis. She explained the test results and why she chose the antibiotic she prescribed.
My experience was awesome from the beginning to the end. Dr. Trgovac was amazing and thorough and contacted me like she said with my results. I highly recommend the facility and the provider I seen. The complete visit I was in and out less than 40 minutes. They got me sold.
I saw Dr. Trgovac at the COPC Same Day Clinic on Africa Road. She was thorough, kind, and compassionate, taking the time to talk through my symptoms with me and working out the best plan of treatment. I would highly recommend Dr. Trgovac.
The receptionist was extremely rude, for no reason. She really needs to find a different line of work. I had the audacity to list TWO ailments when asked why I was there, and she launched into an unnecessary rant about how appointments are only 15 minutes and I can therefore only be seen for one thing. When you are sick enough to visit an urgent care, you are really not in the mood to be talked to this way.
