I have live in this building for over 30 years with my family. This cycle of management is despicable. First quarter of the year a pipe burst behind my kitchen wall it took them 2 weeks to fix it as sewage water filled my kitchen daily. Spoke to management and they said use your insurance to change your carpet. So the smell can go away. Here we are now in April/May the same waste line burst again.
