Dr. Bertram is by far the best doctor I’ve had. She is extremely intelligent and empathetic, and she knows her stuff. At my first visit, she purposefully asked non-medical questions about me to get to know me as a person. She took the time to go through my entire medical history with me so she had a thorough understanding of me and my needs, and she addressed all of my concerns in depth.
