Class with Tracey is always fun and engaging! She varies the class content to keep it fresh and incorporates strength, cardio and balance. She adjusts different exercises as needed for your personal ability and places emphasis on form to avoid injury. She is encouraging which instills self confidence to push yourself. I have never been able to stick with an exercise regimen until Tracey! That is truly a testament to how good she is!

Tracey is the best trainer I’ve worked with! Each class is different but targets the areas I want to work on with a whole body approach. She corrects my form, addresses my goals and makes working out comfortable! She is the best!!

Tracey is an amazing instructor who is especially well trained in educating you about the alignment of your spine (posture) in a step by step core exercise program. You WILL be stronger and will stand taller after taking her classes!

Tracey is energetic, innovative, and knowledgeable. Her classes build strength and balance over time yet no class is exactly the same. Her classes are appropriate for a range of fitness levels and ages. I love that in the summer and fall, I can take her classes outside.
