Dr. Tracey Rosenberg, You may not remember me but I can never forget you. You gave me the chance to live and hope when i was ravished by Sepsis caused by a bacteria due to a dental procedure and when i had been refused medical attention at thr LIJ hospital. You even came to see me at LIJ to be sure I was alright. I happened to be in the middle of moving to NC. i am not liying thats why i lost contact.
