Could have been a lot better of an experience I think it was poor communication on ordering a part which was my driver side window of a Freightliner cascadia 2025 I drove about 30 minutes to find out that the wrong part was actually ordered but the only reason they gave it two stars was because they did have the part but it was over 2 hours away and once I drove there and got the part they allowed me to leave my trailer there temporarily to go to a window installation company to Bobtail to get it installed and then I came ba... read more

Half a star would be more accurate. I have been dealing with Tracey Rd equipment being that they are the only local repair shop that can perform warranty work on my 2020 Freightliner. The $180/ hour repair rate is not worth the quality of work you will receive. They also add in freight charges to the customer if they dont have all the parts in stock to perform the repair. Poor communication from the service department lead to my truck sitting at the shop for an extra 4 days only for me to start it up and have the check engin... read more
Horrible experience with this shop, so unprofessional, should have listen to the low reviews, from the beginning the gentleman that answer my call to end with the equipment that they gave me, atrocious service, a disgrace disappointed and frustrated. Karma will comeback with this atrocious service.
Delivered here in and out no problems. Great people to work with.
