My experience with Tracy Road Equipment was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. I brought my truck in for an ECAS repair, but I ended up leaving with more problems than I came in with. My truck sat in their shop for over a week, costing me valuable income. During that time, I was repeatedly given excuses, including that their WABCO/computer system was down and they didn’t know when it would be be fixed.
