This place is soooo unprofessional!!! They never answer the phone and when she do she has an attitude!!!! They also hang straight up in your face when you ask them a question they don’t want to answer!!! It’s ridiculous
Jake is the best everyone there is very helpful and respectful. They make sure to help what meets your budget and when they deliver they put everything together for you with no problem thanks again
Called to schedule an appointment the number for the Blvd location is not a working number. Called the Morrow location the young lady that answered the phone was not professional at all, didn’t want to give me her name. She then transferred me to Erica. Another disappointment with customer service. Talking fast, placed me on hold going on 10 min now. I was a former patient of Dr Hackney. I was hoping to stay in with the practice. With customer service this horrible I am not sure if I want to continue being a patient.
Love this place no long wait and very friendly.......
Awesome staff, everyone including the receptionist, doctors, phlebotomists!!!
