I reached out to Tracey about CST when my son was about 2.5 months old because he was struggling with gas discomfort. Tracey provided a very gentle and calming experience for him. During the session, he was very relaxed and even fell asleep. After the session and following the recommendations she shared, I noticed he was much less fussy after breastfeeding, and his gas symptoms noticeably improved. Thank you, Tracey!
Tracey is amazing! We had a bodywork appointment and our baby had the best time, Tracey was so gentle and caring. Tracey has a holistic approach looking at all different aspects from feeding to sleeping habits, understanding root cause before starting the body work. She gave so much advice to work with too.
