This office popped up on my hunt for eye care after I had a bad experience with a vision center In Cedar hill. The Dr was very nice and welcoming and answered all my questions The optical was also welcoming and I received great customer service, will definitely be back.
This office popped up on my eye doctor hunt and Dr. Yothers and all the lovely ladies working here did not disappoint. Dr. Y is so patient, sweet and knowledgeable. Her and the ladies helped me pick some cute frames and my glasses came in fairly quick. Overall I am satisfied with the experience and customer service
I just want to say I enjoy coming to this location to get my eyes checked/treated in the best way possible. The doctors & staff are literally the best in the business!!! So genuine, kind & very informative!
I started coming here in 2022 I believe and haven’t regretted it. Dr. Yothers answers my questions (no matter how silly), is well-educated in her field, and exhibits professionalism while marinating a comforting atmosphere. I always leave in a timely manner and satisfied. Thank you for keeping our eyes healthy.
I placed an order for glasses over 2 months ago and still haven’t received them. My kids have been without glasses all this time, which has caused a lot of difficulty. Despite following up, I have not received a proper response or resolution. I deeply regret going here and would not recommend this place to anyone.
