We could not be happier with our new construction home by Tracey Homes Inc! We chose the Channel floor plan and added some custom extras. We had spoken with 4 other builders. We walked through a few of their homes. The minute we walked through a Channel home the Traceys were almost done with, we knew instantly this was our home and builder. My experience with Tracey Homes was outstanding. I interviewed 5 builders to build a new home in late 2020. My initial criteria was, must have been in business in the cape for at least 15 yrs. Tracey started in 1986 I Believe. Richard (owner) met us on several occasions and at a house they just built to discuss some options.
