I took a Bootcamp class in December when I was in town visiting a friend. It was a great workout! Tracey provided a challenging workout, but provided so many options to cater the exercises to your individual abilities. The atmosphere was so much fun, and the coach and participants were so encouraging. I loved the class! Can’t wait to be back in town to join again!
I started training for a challenging 10k with Tracey in 2018. I wanted to run the Lake Lure 10k with family but didn’t know how to train for such a challenging, hilly run in my current surroundings which are very flat. Within the given time she more than prepared me and not only did I complete the race comfortably, my whole ideals of running and finding enjoyment in the activity grew.
