They routinely receive less than other firms in the same class action suites. Everyone that used other firms have received their money. Tracey fox has assigned a third party to hold it, and blames them for not issuing the check. Tracey fox will not return phone calls. It's been 1yr in May and I believe my case has done been settled and now I'm just getting the run around. In the beginning they were great. Now, they didn't get my notorized release that I sent in March that I need to resend it. That they're still trying to reduce my bills after they told me my case that was in the final stages for accounting to review. I feel it's Excuse after Excuse and they've done been paid!
