This review is for Tracey Coleman's staff. I was set to see her at the Morris Avenue office today. I went there and she is no longer there! Wow, what a surprise to me. They looked in the system and said I was contacted, but I wasn't. This is not a good way to do business. But maybe I dodged a bullet.
Everything is about the money with this office and staff. They also try to push for consultation for little things that dont require an office visit (a quick question to the dr) and charge consultation fees. My insurance clearly mentions to not collect copay during the visit. Update: Optum closed down their practice in NJ due to poor performing gastroenterology specialists like Dr Tracy and Dr Yang.
Greatful for Dr. Coleman. She was very thorough and I felt as though she really wanted me to find answers.
Rushed through my visit. Offered invasive testing vs non invasive first. Didn’t ask me enough questions.
