Over a year and half ago (time flies with a new home!), Tracey helped us find and close on our new home in Massachusetts. Tracey and I met several years back - she actually helped me find my first apartment in Massachusetts in 2020 during COVID (not an easy feat). Tracey was awesome throughout the whole process, helping us to look at properties providing guidance but not pressurizing us. She was so helpful during making an offer and the closing of the property. This is the second I have used Tracey (Hive Property Group) to buy a condo and I recommend her 100%. She is extremely knowledgeable and friendly.
Tracey was an absolute savior for us! My wife and I had already purchased a new home and moved on, and we were admittedly pretty checked out about the selling process.
