I had the pleasure of meeting Tracey through Facebook Marketplace. She was prompt to responding to my messages, and she was helpful in providing me with quality listings that met my families needs. At our viewing, she was on time and she helped point out areas of the home that didn’t meet expectations. Hands down best realtor out there!!! Tracey went above and beyond to help us find a house. With a chaotic work schedule and a long distance drive, she went and viewed houses for me and sent me detailed videos so I didn’t miss out on any showings! She was always available when I needed her and never pressured me into a house or a decision I wasn’t comfortable with. I have already recommended her to multiple coworkers. ♥️

I was very impressed with Tracey. She was very professional! She listened to my needs. She didn’t send me listings that did not meet my criteria, therefore wasting my time. I really appreciated that. As well, she was very proactive with responses and setting up appointments. Tracey was very good at helping us negotiate our lease conditions as well. I would highly recommend Tracey.
