In 2019 Tracey prepared (and was paid accordingly) for a commercial lease for us. All good there. Fast forward 5 years, that lease is up for renewal. We’d like to simply amend the previous one (by simply changing dates; rent; etc). Tracey REFUSES to provide the Word version of the current lease - which we’ve already paid for. Instead, she wants to charge us $990 for a simple amendment which I could do in 15 minutes. Wanting to be paid twice for little more than one job. Are my expectations unreasonable?
