Called after supper and was able to get a unit within the hour. Fantastic quick service. Clean unit. Easily accessible.

Do not rent here if you value your belongings. I had my lock cut off and expensive tools stolen. When I called the owner he said he didn't cut off the lock, that he had seen it a few weeks before that there was no lock on my container. He never called to inform me that my lock was gone. When I tried to call him back to advise him that I was missing items he hung up on me. Very poor way to run a business that is supposed to be a secure place to keep your belongings.

Gerard was a pleasure to deal with and is as easy going as they get. In far less time than a Tim Hortons drive through, you'll be signed up as a customer and ready to store your stuff. This location is perfect, just a couple minutes to the edge of the city. Entering and leaving is easy as can be and there's plenty of room; unlike many that are cramped. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for extra storage! You won't be disappointed.
