This guy is super unprofessional!! I watched him totally cussing out a car with young kids in it because they were trying to get in a turning lane. Very dangerous.
We hired Travis and his team to complete a total pool redo, and we are so glad we did. As we got into our project, hidden problems continued to surprise us that seemed like major disasters to us. Travis was always the calming presence and assured us that it wasn’t anything that couldn’t be handled. He is the kind of contractor you want, responsive, experienced, and just gets things done. When I contacted Tracer I had previously spoken with two other pool contractors and Tracer would be the final one. I always get three quotes to determine who will provide the best quality, design and value. My wife and I were very specific with our design requirements and we provided many unique specific details.
