A huge shout out to this company!! I had a water heater go out over a holiday weekend. Tracy came out during non business hours,to trouble shoot my issue. He was very knowledgeable about my system and made it so I was at least able to have warm water until I was able to get a new system, super nice guy. My old heater was a tank. After a bit of research I decided to go tankless. Trace came out took out the old and brought in the new all while working around me and my chaotic schedule. BUYER BEWARE!!! If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I’m a reasonable guy, have never been a complainer. Actually too timid in that way. However I feel so disrespected by this company that I need to say something. I was appalled when they charged me $320.00 for a $30.00 part I could have bought at a well known store that many of us frequent. We provided our services to Trace he said he would pay us and he sent two checks and still has an outstanding balance with us and we've tried reaching him and he doesn't answer his phone or contact us back to make payment arrangements we would not recommend him !!!!! He is very dishonest and he avoids businesses he owes money for their services!!!!!
