I had a home built in TRACE and we’ve lived here for 3 months. The quality is some of the worst you could imagine. The carpet is cheap and pieces of it are coming out all the time. The fence is not even and they used different sized boards throughout. Two of the windows have broke. The interior paint on both the walls and baseboards are sloppy. One of our upgraded recessed lights was botched so bad you can tell the patchwork they used to “fix” it isn’t even. Multiple things are crooked inside and not centered. We paid a good... read more

Pacesetter is a circus masquerading as a home builder. Nick Gentry (the construction manager) is an actual clown. He is so tremendously incompetent that if I asked Nick to open a jar of pickles for me, he would take 6 months and have the lid on the jar at such an angle that you couldn't open the pickles.
