Have bought this product since 2018, dozens and dozens of boxes. 26 orders / 46 boxes on Amazon alone. Never mind what we've bought in the health food store. All of a sudden they changed the packaging from a simple to open little sachet to this horrible little, impossible to open package. What is wrong with you people - you can't leave well enough alone. Already looking for another source. You just lost a 7 year customer.
The company was family owned then they sold. The new owners came in and let go a great number of folk before Christmas. I would not do business with this company anymore because all they care about is profit and not the employees that drive the company every say. Shame on you
