Going through FEMA approval for a multi-family road and then getting neighbors to not drive on the road for 24 hours should be a 10 star review all by itself. But, dealing with this company was amazing, and I HIGHLY recommend them!! They reconfigure everything for me to stay on budget, communication was phenomenal, workers were so sweet, but Ken the front man went above and beyond for me. I couldn't say enough good things about the entire experience!
After consulting with an expert I found the issue with the pavement was that the asphalt was too cool when applied. Note the pictures of the rough and lighter colored pavement on one side which was applied at the end of the work day. The darker pavement on the other side was fresh asphalt applied early the next morning. There are also small holes in the rough pavement whereas the smooth pavement does not have them. Trace paved our church parking lot. They did an excellent job and helped us with through some unexpected problems. They are one of those great contractors that when a problem presents, suggest solutions and help with the resolution. They were responsive and professional from the owner through the foreman down to all the individual laborers. Can't recommend them enough.

Trace and Company yesterday finished digging up, and repaving 23 of the driveways in our subdivision and I must say we couldn't be happier. Everything they did was professional and high quality. They did the demo and prep work right before the hurricane hit, and came this past Monday to do the paving. They could have just started paving over their previous work, but because of the storm, they first made sure all driveways were re-prepped before paving.
