I called Trace Air Conditioning yesterday morning, and they had an engineer out to me in the afternoon! What great service. I told them we weren’t an emergency case, but they still gave us excellent customer service which was both professional and friendly. We will recommend their services to everyone now. We will also use them for all our air con and refrigeration needs from now on. Thanks to Debbie & Steve. What superstars!
Trace Air Conditioning were excellent but their response times have declined steadily over the past few years. There are plenty of other local companies who provide better service.
