Completely unimpressed with the public relations interface of this company. They send out notification to residents impacted by work they are carrying out (the communication for which was late and carried a tone which was less than cooperative or supportive) which included phone numbers if you had further questions. I know of three people apart from myself who have rung their 'hotline' and after nearly 4 weeks, are yet to receive a response. From a contracting side of things, Tracc could not be any better work with. The crew at Tracc are on the ball & professional. We have worked with Tracc for past few years and they are genuinely one of the best companies to deal with.
