Did not remove the excess water, had to use towels to dry and soak up water. The Machine apparently was not strong enough to pick up water. Asked to come back to resolve, blown off. Took days to dry and consequently left odor in house. Also, classic "Bait and Switch." Gives you a price, then wants more $ when finished. Go with somebody who has a big vacuum in their van and professional, NOT a wannabe.
