I request the service and after they come to fix they said they will come back to fix but after a month in system show complete 😩 how complete that never show up

We had a break in our sewer line before Thanksgiving it wasn't until December 21st is when he showed up. Charged us over 10,000+ to fix it. The ground was very wet then the work was done so he said he would be back in a couple of weeks to fix the it. He has never came back. We have called several times, When he does answer he says he will be out this week. So far nothing.
Most recently they started ghosting us/giving us the run around when the problems were not as quick or simple of a fix. He stated he had to check about thw pricing and we didn't hear back. I contacted them and was told probably Friday or Saturday. Was told there was an emergency, which we understood. Then texted to see about when he could possibly come. Stated Thursday or Friday probably and never contacted us again. T & R Plumbing are who we go to for plumbing issues. They do not try and rip you off. They come in a timely m... read more
