The staff was incredibly rude and dismissive when I asked questions. Customer service is non-existent.
My countertop arrived with a huge crack. They tried to blame it on transport but took no responsibility. Avoid at all costs.
Was promised my kitchen counters would be installed in 2 weeks. Took over a month with zero explanation. Completely unprofessional.
I called multiple times to get an update on my order, and no one ever got back to me. Extremely frustrating. If you value your time, look elsewhere.
