This place makes it nearly impossible to cancel your membership without having to go into the gym - this is unacceptable and VERY unprofessional. Ken, the manager I can only assume, calls me OFTEN without me asking for the contact - I have requested cancellation TWICE in two weeks and they are still charging my card. I am now seeking legal action to not just prevent more charges but so I can get my money back.
I love the TR fitness that I go to, it’s friendly staff, clean, quiet and and just a nice all around place to be, I would recommend TRfitness to anyone
