The best part about being a member of TR Fitness Mountain Grove is participating in the classes. I love Club TR in Mountain Grove! I drive 45 min one way just for that class. It's the best! The other classes are great as well.

I came from the YMCA that had kids running around in the exercise area and I needed a place that was adults only. It offered me the exercise equipment I needed along with the weights, However, My favorite thing about this gym is the classes they offer, the instructor and the ladies that attend. Kudos to TR FITNESS!!!

Always clean and the staff is always helpful and kind. Absolutely love the new manager, she is great. Classes are awsome and is a great way to make new friends! (Good therapy) I have been going to Tr Mountain Grove for about 4 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else!
