Very disappointing and frustrating experience. My friend and I made a reservation weeks ago and received confirmation emails and everything. They said it was a “system error” and that the receptionist had emailed us asking to cancel and reschedule but it was sent to a totally different email. I would think if the spa didn’t receive any response from the customer that they’d try to call and confirm the service. Totally inconvenient as I travelled almost 40 mins just to wait around for 15 mins and not have anything done.

Booked a head spa for my friend and I and found out when we got to the store that it was canceled. Told them we were not informed and she showed us an email sent to a totally different person. My friend travelled all the way from Brampton and they told us to come back tomorrow and they would just give us 20% off. This was extremely inconvenient as we both work the next day. Great experience, kind ladies, superb service. We did scalp and hair wash, facial, neck and shoulder massage and feet wash.Highly recommended.
