My mother hired them to convert her wood pellet stove into an open fireplace. They put a fireplace in but didn't alter the chimney to one that could handle a fireplace. Smoke repeatedly poured into the house. When inspected by an actual professional, they were amazed that she didn't die of smoke inhalation and that the house didn't burn down.

This installation failed to follow installation instructions in almost every single way possible This chimney is required to be vented with a specific triple wall, air cooled chimney system and has no allowance for attachment to a masonry chimney.
