The elderly black lady that checks you in is sweet as she can br. She is very nice and pleasant. Scan QR code and check in. Its like a 8 digit number you will need for load. I was giving my door instantly. Slide tandems and wait in the truck. Driver will bring BOL and put seal on. Then you are free to go. I would definitely come back.

I was in and out fast. Overnight parking is okay. Pilot truck stop 10 min away. Check in at office located near the front corner of building before the dock doors. Scan QR code to check in. Need license and trailer plate number.

18 wheeler POV I was about to "GO INnnnnn" on Carolina Beverage for no early arrival consideration, UNTIL... I got the call from Natasha!!! Natasha said have a GREAT DAY on PURPOSE and surely enough, im getting unloaded 1hr early. THE POWER OF WORDS and COLOGNE and winking.. and short convo 5stars from me, Thanks Natasha wink wink

For easy check in scan the QR at the entrance before your appointment time, fill in with your trailer number and plate number too, phone number and load destination, they will call you when door is available at your appointment time, take 1 to 2 hours to load. Slide your tandem before getting to dock. Very friendly workers

1st thing before checking in, scan the QR code in the picture. 2nd thing, get your license plate. Submit the form from the qr code. Wait for them to call you. If you go inside before your appointment, they will tell you to come back at appointment. If they can get you in before, they will call. Bring your CDL with you inside. Be prepared with snacks and entertainment, it will be a wait. Dont be late or it will be even longer. They will make you a work in if late and you definitely dont want that. Plenty of parking.
