If you have a saved QR code on your phone, make sure it is up to date/the newest one. They have changed their system. The old one will let you submit and it goes somewhere, just not to them .
Check in process is trash. You scan the QR code to check in and never get a confirmation text to confirm the check in actually processed through. Then when you asked the front desk all they say is we can see anything from our end. So basically you sit without actually knowing anything. Way too dependent on technology. Or at least get a better check in system.
The front desk lady was friendly but they gave me door four hours later them half hour to put the first pallet on my trailer 😑 look like only one person working there. This place is so bad. 👎
