Gave them an inspo photo and they took my phone but mid way it turned off and he decided to just guess everything and my nails look terrible
This was the worst pedicure experience I’ve had. The hygiene was unacceptable — one technician was clearly very unwell, and another situation during the service raised serious cleanliness concerns. It made the entire experience uncomfortable and unsanitary. For $170 for two pedicures, I expected a much higher standard. The conditions were truly disgusting and I’m blown away that they haven’t been shut down. Terrible job overall, left me bleeding, black specs of dust, really chunky, took a very long time, overly expensive too. Never again experience
