The two Data centers in Northern California are out of Sacramento and San Jose, so why there is a Napa location I do not know. Their Phone systems do work wonders and from anywhere, and I dont know another provider that can match the price with the feature functionality.

If you try to leave their service they will delay in every way possible to charge you for a few more months
