Honestly, really disappointed this time. I actually left a good review for TPW last year, so it’s frustrating to see how much the service has dropped. The prices are quite high — around 1.5 times more than other workshops — but there’s nothing that really justifies that. It honestly feels like any regular workshop, just more expensive. I booked both of my cars in at the same time, expecting it to be handled efficiently, but instead they worked on them one after the other.
