AS A FIRST TIME USER OF PROPANE, I CALL THE COMPANY NOCO. " I HAD A TANK ON THE GROUNDS" , THE SALES PERSON LEFT ME WITH IMPRESSION HE COULD CARE LESS, NO PERKS FOR FIRST TIME USERS. NOT EVEN ASKING ME TO TRY THEM. NOCO PRICES WAS MORE. I THEN CALLED TPS PROPANE THE WOMAN WAS FRIENDLY EXPLAINED WHAT WAS entailed TO GETTING SET UP, PRICE AND DISCOUNT FOR FIRST TIME USERS. Their prices are good, but their customer service is lousy!! The ladies that work at the office are often rude, if you can even get through to them. I walked in their once and the phones were ringing and they were sitting on their cell phones. So if you can deal with poor service you can get a decent price.
