As someone who spent many years in property management using multiple vendors, I can tell you that his rates are by far the best- he charges a fair amount for immaculate work and goes above and beyond to be sure the issue is resolved for good. That’s a LOT more than I can say about others. He’s a gifted “jack of all trades” that still actually cares about his customers, and people in general.
Mr. Miles is a God send. He has always gone above and beyond the call and his prices are very affordable. I have been completely satisfied with all of the repairs he has done at my home. He will always be my go to person!
