I have found TPR Property Group really excellent to lease with . Really attentive to emails , questions, requests and very helpful and approachable. I really appreciate this as a tenant as I have not been treated well or responded to in the past . Mollie is really lovely and very good at looking after us as tenants. Everyone in the office who I have had contact with is also really helpful and responsive as well. I hope to continue having my lease through TPR well into the future.

My experience with this agency managing my rental property has been extremely disappointing. Communication was consistently poor. Whenever I had questions or needed updates, it was very difficult to get anyone to return my calls or respond to my enquiries. As a property owner, I expected to be kept informed, but instead I often had to chase for information.
