The service provider, who was scheduled to arrive within an hour, informed me after an additional 30 minutes that he was awaiting furniture delivery. Subsequent attempts to contact him were unsuccessful, resulting in no response or return call. Consequently, I engaged an alternative mobile mechanic who fulfilled the service as promised, albeit causing an unforeseen delay in resuming operations.
Rene and the team at TPR Mobile Services are fantastic. We are a small company with only a few fleet vehicles, and when our primary truck threw a check engine light dealer told me it would be about a week before they could even look at anything. I called Rene that morning, and about 24 hours later after a diagnostic visit and repair visit we are back online. Highly recommend Rene if you manage a small fleet and need a mobile mechanic to get your assets back on the road to service clients. We will definitely use TPR again.
