I made an appointment last year to have the designer come out and design my yard, the designer never showed and blamed it on an accident on the thruway. Fine, let’s reschedule. They are not accepting anymore clients and to try again next year. Well it’s next year and I called early in the season to schedule an appointment and they call me three hours before the scheduled appointment to cancel because they are backed up. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!
