Had me fill out new patient forms, waited two weeks to be told not accepting new patients with the Dr I requested. Still showing with insurance that they are. If the Dr isn't accepting new patients why have us fill out the forms. Great way to be able to discriminate and weed out people you don't want. Can't speak about the Dr, but the phone call I got from the front office was rude and dismissive. I will also be filing a formal complaint with insurance about listing they are taking new patients. Dr. Guan has provided outstanding care for my parents. She combines deep medical expertise with genuine compassion and patience. She takes the time to listen and explain, so they feel comfortable and supported. We are grateful for her dedication.
Two years ago the front phone serving was unfriendly and one of doctor who can speak chinese well was very rude to a patient in Yorktown TPMG。
This is a doctor that pays attention to what you are saying and is pleasant which is a real plus these days. It is too bad that when you are a senior citizen there just isn't enough time to get to all your problems, although he spent much more time with me than any other doctor has. Also my next appointment isn't until September and it is a video call. This is the typical situation with all doctors these days!
