The phlebotomist on duty 1/9/26 who took my blood and urine samples was outstanding. Between answering the phones, manning the front desk and logging in patients, and working the computer she was amazing. Extremely professional and a great stick even with me being a hard stick with over 300 platelet/blood donations. The problem is no one returned my multiple calls until I filed a complaint with my doctor who requested the blood work. The new TPMG/Healow Patient Portal system is the worst ever. The woman at the front desk was very unpleasant.
They do not answer the phone. If you leave a message they will not call back
TPMG runs a very efficient Blood Laboratory Collection system. The staff are well trained an well practiced.
It was very good and friendly people.
