This place has REALLY deteriorated lately. The last two times, they've failed to respond to patient requests, one of these following an Emergency Room visit and needing a review and possible referral. After 3 business days, noone had gotten back to me, and when I called, I received a flippant response instead of an apology. This is how medical offices lose patients. I am posting this on behalf of my deaf husband who is a master freelance embalmer licensed in three states. He had an appointment today and was early, only to arrive and he told that the office is closed due to the weather. What happened to common decency and courtesy?
