Please update your listing to reflect the correct hours. Your business hours state you are open until 5, but I have been trying to call since 2pm and the recording says your office is closed. Please note that normal business hours are until 5pm in case your staff is unaware.

Dr. Marchena rushed to diagnose me with rheumatoid arthritis after one visit, based on what seemed to be a hunch. He very quickly started me on methotrexate, a drug that gave me some bad side effects. At a 3 month follow up from starting the med he never asked how I was tolerating the drug and decided to increase the dosage based on what seemed again to be a hunch. I would love to review the practice but I can’t seem to get anyone to answer the phone or return a call after my mom leaves a message. My mother has attempted on five separate occasions to make an appointment but only once did they return the call and that was when my mother was at lunch. I would like them to at least have a receptionist that answers the phone. Once my mom gets an appointment, I’ll hopefully leave a better review!
