The doctor is fine. The back office is terrible. For example, there is almost no way to communicate with the office. They don't answer the phone. They don't respond to portal messages. I end up driving to the office. If you don't love this doctor, save yourself the frustration. Go somewhere else.

Dr Ahmed was super friendly and informative
I was having issues with my wrist acting up more than usual. I sent message on patient portal to Dr. Ahmed which he got back to me very quickly. I got appointment in just 4 days with PA Nesreen Almosadder who was very pleasant and took time with me to figure out what was going on. Dr. Ahmed came in and we all worked out a future plan. I would definitely send friends and family here.
