Dr Ahmed was super friendly and informative
I was having issues with my wrist acting up more than usual. I sent message on patient portal to Dr. Ahmed which he got back to me very quickly. I got appointment in just 4 days with PA Nesreen Almosadder who was very pleasant and took time with me to figure out what was going on. Dr. Ahmed came in and we all worked out a future plan. I would definitely send friends and family here.
It is extremely challenging to get through on the phone or portal to get help with things like prescriptions and prior authorizations. I have to call multiple times and send multiple portal messages to get anywhere, or go by the office due to lack of response. At least twice this year, this has caused me significant delays in my medication because my prior authorization has not been completed. I was a patient of Dr. Mizelle. Was so sad she left. She was one of a kind and patient oriented. Wonderful and caring.Went for my 6 month checkup recently.Definitely not the same. I feel like just another number.
