Staff very rude. Nurse that answered the phone was very nonchalant and rude. They had me come all the way from Georgia to Va just to sign a piece of paper to get a copy of my medical records. When called to check on them the nurse states she has no clue what I am talking about and neither do the front desk. She said it in a rude voice, she promised to call back the SAME DAY AND DID NOT. I am extremely satisfied with the level of care I receive from Dr. Almeida and staff. I've been a patient of his for just over a year and I'm immensely surprised and pleased with the responsiveness of the practice. Several times now I've requested care or evaluation of relatively minor issues and have gotten appointments within one to two days with Dr. Almeida or referral to an appropriate specialist.
